چکیده

The argan tree, an endemic species in Morocco, has been exhaustively studied its southwestern range but neglected northeastern territory. Thus, the present study sets as objectives identification of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and evaluation tree’s roots’ mycorrhization level two stations: one region Béni Snassène (Berkane): Jebel Takermine with 7 prospected sites other at Aklim Alkabir 2 sites. At first station (Jebel Takermine), frequency Argania spinosa roots varied between 64% 100% root intensity 30.77% 66%. contents are higher (50.46%), 4 (50.33%), (39.44%) 1 (30.5%) against 18% 20% 6, 5 3. Argan trees from Jbel Alkbir, exhibited a high ranging 88% to 39.4% 73.4% respectively. Regarding vesicular rates, highest values were associated site 59.3% 29.4% respectively compared lowest rates 14% those 2. Spore densities rhizosphere stations 78 697 spores/100 g soil. isolated spores revealed presence 28 encompassing genera: Acaulospora, Dentiscutata Claroideoglomus, Funneliformis, Glomus, Rhizophagus, Pacispora, Families: Glomeraceae (7 species), Acaulosporaceae (10 Pacisporaceae (2 Claroideoglomeraceae Gigasporaceae (1 species).

Amino phenolics from the fruit of the argan tree Argania spinosa (Skeels L.).

A new phenolic-type compound containing a nitrogenous, heterocyclic-fused ring from the fruit of the argan tree, Argania spinosa (Skeels L.), is described. This and another already known compound also isolated in the course of the work belong to an obscure and rare class of natural products, the amino phenolics.

Preliminary characterization of ssps (Seed Storage Proteins) IN Argania spinosa L

SSPs (Seed Storage Proteins) of the 11S type have been preliminary characterized in the seeds of the argan tree, an endemic species from Morocco. Protein extracts from mature seeds were prepared by using different solutions in order to assess the solubility of the major protein forms. SSPs of the 11S type were classified as albumins according to the further SDS-PAGE analysis of these extracts. ...

The potential health benefits of various dietary oils in relation to cardiovascular disease and cancer are recently receiving considerable attention. The main proposal of this study is to investigate the effect of dietary argan oil, obtained from seeds of Argania spinosa L. (Sapotaceae) endemic from Morocco, on serum lipids composition. Hyperlipidemia was induced by high calorie and cholesterol...
